Cloubi Oy: The analysis of user experience and preferences

Customer Goal

The well-known and innovative company Cloubi produces interactive learning materials and toolsets for educators. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Cloubi launched a survey for teachers to determine the teaching methods and tools they used and favored. Cloubi contacted BeanBakers Research Team to analyze the data they had collected and to illustrate the key results.

BeanBakers Role

The BeanBakers Research Team cleaned the data, prepared it for the analysis, strategically planned the data analysis, and ran the statistical analysis. Then, we examined general and complex information about the participants and their use of teaching methods, materials, and tools based on the survey upon Cloubi’s request.

Outcomes

We created a compact and visually clear presentation and a detailed written report with recommendations for Cloubi. Cloubi received extensive knowledge about their potential customers, their habits, and preferences, which they can now use to develop further their services.


Client reference
BeanBakers Research Team helped us identify the key insights of our quantitative survey with almost 1000 responses. They provided both a comprehensive report and an easily digestible visual presentation highlighting the key findings.
